Asbestos testing is essential to determine the presence of asbestos in a material. Our professional and experienced Asbestos Surveyors conduct inspections and send samples to UKAS accredited laboratories for analysis.
Our team will visit your property, take a sample of the suspected asbestos-containing material, and send it to our UKAS accredited lab partners for asbestos testing. We charge £79.00 (including VAT) for this service within our dedicated service areas, and an additional £20.00 (including VAT) for each additional sample.
The standard turnaround time for asbestos testing is 7 working days from sample collection, and express services are also available for an additional fee.
If asbestos is found, we can provide a free, no-obligation quote for its safe and professional removal. We do not sell home asbestos test kits. If used incorrectly these can be hazardous due to the lack of PPE/ RPE and the knowledge and experience required of proper sampling techniques and for obtaining representative samples.

£79.00 Inclusive of VAT Asbestos Testing includes suspected asbestos containing material within 1 room or 1 area of a property up to 20.00 sqm. Testing includes One (1) Asbestos Bulk Sample on standard 7 working day turnaround.
Offer is subject to availability and strictly within our dedicated work areas which is 10.00 miles from Brierley Hill (DY5 3JU). We can cover other areas at our surveyors discretion but reserve the right to charge an additional fee to cover travel. Please contact us even if you are outside of our normal work areas, our team are always available to advise.
We can take asbestos samples of more than one material or more than one sample of a single material but this will incur an additional charge that will be provided upfront. If you need a faster turnaround, for example Next Day Service, this will also incur an additional charge. Your Asbestos Surveyor will advise you of the current charging schedule if you require additional samples or a 24 hour turnaround.
