  • Notifiable Asbestos Works: We notify all notifiable non licensed works to the Health and Safety Executive as required by The Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. All no licensed works are completed with strict adherence to HSG210 Asbestos Essentials and the associated ACOPS.

For your complete peace of mind, we hold comprehensive, industry-specific insurance policies through Hiscox Insurance Company Ltd , specifically arranged for our operations, which include Asbestos Surveying, Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal, and Demolition.
 

Our Key Indemnity Limits are:
 

  • Employers Liability: £10,000,000 (any one occurrence and can be increased for larger projects).

  • Public & Products Liability: £5,000,000 (any one occurrence).

  • Professional Indemnity: £1,000,000 (in the aggregate).

Our policy specifically covers the full scope of our work, including Non-Licensed Asbestos Removal and Mechanical Demolition.

 

Certificates are sent with every formal written quotation, and are available upon request. Our policies are renewed annually (e.g., Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, and Employers Liability are renewed on 01/10/2026).
